I have built hundreds of engines using these ring compressors and they work great. They are made from tough and durable PLA which is Poly Lactic Acid. This organic material has a low melting point and when heated turns in Vapor. You don't have to worry about any plastic gumming up your build. It simply just washes out with cylinder operating temp.
